Chinese New Year - Day 3

In the morning, we spent our time completing all our homework. In the afternoon, we went to the Singapore Museum. (I think...=\) After that, we went to our Ahma's house AGAIN. We ate steamboat again for dinner and 1 terrible thing happened. While I was cutting the hard sausage, my bowl suddenly flipped over and the soup and rice splashed all over my pants and abit onto my shirt. What the ell man! So I went to clean it. The 3 main things I did at my Ahma's house was:
1. Watch TV
2. Watch cousins play computer
3. Play with cousins / Daydream

Ok, thats all for now. By the way, I forgot on which day there was a show "200 Pounds Beauty". I watched it with my sister. It was quite nice, and quite touching. The "Maria~" song sounded quite nice. Ok, thats about it, bye!

Chinese New Year - Day 2

We planned to go to "Istana" but it suddenly rained so we just went to McDonalds and ate lunch and we walked around the shopping mall for awhile. After the rain, we proceeded to "Istana" but we didn't manage to get it just because of a pair of scissors. My sister brought her pencil case along and it was such a coincidence that the scissors just happen to appear inside. The security is quite tight. Like going through a custom like that, still need to check your bags. Anyway, they said to either leave the scissors outside or throw it away. However, we did not want to waste the scissors and my father was waiting in the car park for us, so we decided not to go in. My mother brought us to my father and she went shopping on her own while we went to the airport to fetch our cute baby cousin, Nicholas. That was the time a hilarious thing happened.

As my father have not eaten his lunch, he brought us to McDonalds and he ate his lunch while we played the laptops at the McDonalds there. (You know the "free usage of computers" section.) One person is only limited to 10 minutes caz the computer will auto shut down in 10 mins time. After using, I went to where my father was sitting and just hang around there. I poured sugar into his coffee in the meantime. ^^ When we were about to leave, he put everything on the tray and passed it to me to help him throw into the bin. Thinking that the bin was for used tray as well, I pushed the whole thing into the bin then I walked away. Then my father suddenly turned around and looked and me and said "Ay! You threw the tray in as well ah?!" Then I give the pretend shock of look that I ACCIDENTALLY throw the tray in one but actually, in my mind I was thinking "Huh?! Cannot throw the tray in one ah?! OMG!" Suddenly, I burst out laughing while my father reached his hand into the bin and took out the tray. My sister and brother over there laughing at me and my sister kept on saying I'm a bimbo. xD

While we walked to the entrance of the arrival there, I kept on laughing. Then I "secretly" asked my sister why the trays cannot be thrown. Last time when I was young, I remembered everyone throwing trays into the bin. Maybe it was just my imagination caz it doesn't seem like it too... Aiya, ANYWAY, now thinking of it makes me laugh madly at myself. XD Such a fool man! Okok, back to the story. So we waited there until they came out and my father drove us to my grandmother's house. Nicholas so cute! ^^ He urinated on the floor without my grandmother's permission. At about 5pm plus, we left my grandmother's house for my Wai Po's house caz from there, we are all going to go to a restaurant together for dinner. When we reached there, my mother had not yet arrived and we felt abit weird caz we are not so close to our mother's side the relatives. We're much closer to our father's side caz my cousins are all around the same age as us. ^^

Anyway, when my mother reached, we all went to the restaurant ate our reniuon dinner. Then we went home after that.

Howdy! ^^ I'm going to post about this year's Chinese New Year. This year's CNY was quite boring... Almost for everyone including me. Don't know why leh....This year just don't have the celebration and festive kind of feeling. Everybody just made it seemed like it was another normal day...

Chinese New Year Eve

I went to my grandmother's house and ate steamboat. Then we just watched abit of TV and played abit of computer. We replayed Darkness 1, 2 and 3 and we forgot Darkness 3 how to play le so we went to Youtube and see. When it was nearing 12am, the TV countdown and everybody was like "Happy New Year!" and shaked hands. We went home at about 12 plus.

The next day, we went to our grandmother's house again. We spent the whole day there dunno for what. I think is to wait for Michelle they all to come. In the afternoon, a big group of relatives came but we didn't know them that well. We never even met some of them before. After awhile, they all left. After the sky turned dark, Michelle they all finally came.

Yo peeps! Today is already the 26th of February. This month is ending soon...real soon.. Anyway, I decided to blog caz I've not been blogging for quite some time. This is my 551st post. ^^ Today I'm gonna blog about...Hmm...Lets start with the school's Chinese New Year concert on the 12th of Feb. =D

We had Science test for the first 2 periods. The Science test was about average...Some questions were quite hard.. Anyway, after the Science test, the people in the performing arts could leave. XinHui and I did not know where to go but we saw some people heading for the band store so we went too. Then we put our bags, set up our clarinets and went to the hall. When we got everything ready in the hall, we went to change into our yellow T-shirts and jeans. It was extremely hot man! I was sweating right after I changed. After everything was done, we went to the hall for a rehearsal caz the concert was only gonna start at 11. W rehearsed through almost everything until the teachers said we had to get ready caz it was going to be 11 soon. At 11, classes came into the hall one by one and I saw our class and waved at them. The so called "spotlight" was shining at us from both sides and it was so bright I felt that there was a sun in the hall.

Soon, the concert started. The Lion Dance was the first to start and next was us. I was too nervous that I felt a bit giddy. After we had finished, I felt so relief. I was like "PHEW! Finally over!" Anyway, we went out of the hall through the back door and kept all our instruments. Then we went to the other side of the hall and sat there to watch the others perform. The powerpoint slides looked like last year's one. A bit boring...Cannot change meh? Anyway, the whole performance ended with the choir and all the performance went up on the stage too. After the performance, we took our bags and went home.

Howdy everybudo! Just another random post. =D Recently I watched the new show "Hi My Sweetheart" which is "Hai Pai Tian Xin" in Chinese. It was awesome! Since its more of a comedy and romance kind of show. xD Show so damn funny man! My favourite part is the part when they follow them on a vacation and he do alot of silly things. xD I like the farting and the bubbles part. Can't stop laughing. =D Anyway, I finished watching the whole show le... The ending was too rushed.. T_T Caz I hearsay that they're preparing for another drama is it? Not very sure...But ya, I like this show lah.. Nothing to say le. Oh ya! Yesterday I watched another new show...Don't know the English name.. But the Chinese name I think is "Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni". ^^ Very funny man! XD Love those comedy and romance drama. Some parts make me laugh like mad. XD Okok, I think I need to go le...Just posting caz I'm told to update. ^^ BYE!

Yo! Howdy! Its been a VERY long time since I last blogged. And when was that? Not sure. Never mind. Haiz....about the things that happened during the holidays, I lazy remember, lazy type out. But I more lazy type out about the things that happened today. So let me do a short summary about one thing that happened during the December holidays. One memorable thing. (Maybe not that short...)

Anyway, it all started when we went to our grandmother's house. It was on a Sunday I think... Then the next day have band. Oh ya! I remember the date liao. December 20st 2009. 21st got band. Anyway, we went to our grandmother's house caz my adorable baby cousin, Nicholas was going back on the 21st of December, which was also the day I have band. (Mon) Then we were discussing about who going to the airport to send my uncle, which is Nicholas's dad and Nicholas back to Myanmar. Then they at first say that the adults go only, we cannot go. (My aunts all crazy about Nicholas..) However, we all wanted to go too. Then my father suddenly thought of a brilliant but not so brilliant idea. I think at the first place, he also not saying it for real. But my cousins all took it for real, even for my sister. So whats this brilliant plan you ask? It was for us to stay at the airport. Then my cousins were like, "Ok lah! Lets go now!" And the time was about 10pm plus le. So we took everything we needed, like our personal belongings and some jackets. Then my father drove us all to the airport.

At first I kept on hesitating. I hesitated and hesitated for about a million years until I finally decided to go. I'm not sure why, but I'm sure it'll be fun caz we never experienced spending a night at the airport before. But maybe, it was not such a rare experience. Maybe alot people already spend their nights at the airport before many times and I'm just talking crap here. But nvm. Anyway, the ONE and ONLY thing I was worried about was of course, BAND. I was worried that I wouldn't have the energy to play well enough and end up getting scolded by Mr Ng again. But I just risk a bet. Luckily for me, Mr Ng never go that day and he asked his friend, Mr Tan to replace him. Mr Tan was much more lenient. I was soooooo relieved man! But anyway, back to the airport.

Afraid of not finding a space to sleep at the airport, I tried to sleep during the ride to the airport. But I couldn't. In the end we ended up singing in my father's car. All of us. Oh ya, so when we reached the airport, my father put us there and we began our mission. There were 6 of us there. Firstly, we went to walk around the airport first. Then we went to McDonald's and ordered some snacks. Then my cousin, Amanda, and I tried to sleep caz the next day she need to go school while I need to go band. So we slept at MacDonald's. Michelle lent me her earphones and I listened to some music. By the time I finished listening, I was half-asleep. But not FULLY. Then I felt very uncomfortable caz I was sleeping straight up. (Like sitting down like that) After that, I gave up sleeping. AND GUESS WHAT?! It was only about 1am plus man! Its such a torture! So in the end we just woke up and decide not to sleep. Michelle, Amanda, Melvin and I decided to just stroll around the airport.

Then later we saw this "Kids Corner". Got the TV programmes like PPF all those. Then I put the jacket on the mat and lay down on it. And guess what? I slept. It was cold but I was too tired to bother anymore. Then later, my sister and another one of my cousin came too. We all slept there for awhile until it was 4.30am. (Somewhere around there...) Then we went back to terminal forget-what-liao. We waited there awhile and we saw the adults and the BABY!!! (Siao. xD) Then they did alot of checking the passport thingy and finally, we saw the two of them vanishing into outer space. Bye Nicholas! See you again this year! ^^ Ok, end of my long post. *Yawnz*...Very tired le. Goodnight!
